APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TURNNING OVER TURNOVER TARGET

<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a turning over apparatus which can turn over a heavy weight such as a concrete panel, and a tube sheet of a steam generator. The turning over apparatus comprises: a target holding members which are coupled at both sides of a target to be turned over in order to face each other; a connecting member which connects the target holding members with each other; and a hanger member which is included at least one of the target holding members in order to hang and lift one side of the target to be turned over.</p>
