A luminous device with a semiconductor light source and a light-transmissive converter element including a wavelength-converting phosphor sensitive to the light emitted by the semiconductor light source is disclosed. The semiconductor light source can be at least partly covered by the converter element and the converter element is movable such that the proportion of light which is wavelength-converted by the converter element is adjustable depending on the position of the converter element.

1. A luminous device, comprising
at least one semiconductor light source; at least one light-transmissive converter element comprising a wavelength-converting phosphor sensitive to light emitted by the semiconductor light source; at least one actuating unit configured to move the converter element; and at least one temperature sensor coupled to the actuating unit; wherein the semiconductor light source can be at least partly covered by the converter element; the converter element is movable such that a proportion of the light wavelength-converted by means of the converter element is adjustable depending on a position of the converter element; and said at least one actuating unit is configured to be actuated depending on sensor data of the at least one temperature sensor.
