The present invention relates to a rail fastener for a railroad. The rail fastener for a railroad includes: a plurality of ties arranged on a driving path of a train; rail parts mounted to the ties and including a metallic material; and electromagnet parts formed in the ties and coming in contact with the rail parts and magnetized according to a power supply to fixate the rail parts, therefor, improving a fixation of the rail parts.
