摘要 <p>According to the present invention, an optimum operating condition like rotational speed and air pressure of a reamer can be determined using a modeling test or a formula in accordance with the rocks of a construction site, and an optimum operating condition of a TBM disc cutter can be determined by a modeling test. More specifically, in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus determines the rotational speed of the reamer and an optimum air pressure supplied to the reamer in accordance with the rocks of a construction site. The present invention has an object to provide an apparatus and a method which can save testing costs and time by modeling an operation of the reamer and the disc cutter on a construction site.</p>
