A method for producing three-dimensional content in a terminal is disclosed. According to an embodiment, a method for producing three-dimensional content in a terminal comprises the steps of: sensing a predetermined gesture for a two-dimensional object displayed on a screen, wherein the gesture is input from a user; providing visual feedback that the two-dimensional object is changed in response to the gesture; generating a three-dimensional object corresponding to the input of the gesture with respect to the two-dimensional object; sensing a predetermined gesture for the three-dimensional object; and adding an effect parameter to the three-dimensional object. Therefore, the method allows a terminal to generate a three-dimensional object from a two-dimensional object, display text on the three-dimensional object, and transform the shape of the three-dimensional object when a gesture for the three-dimensional object is sensed.
