The aggregate includes wind receiver in the form of a wind wheel rotating around vertical axis, with vanes mounted along the wheel rim on shafts positioned in the symmetry plane of the vanes. Each vane shaft is connected to the shaft of separate actuator rotating the vane. Wind wheel has cylindrical form with oblique section with maximum lengthwise diametric section at least twice larger than the vane height.EFFECT: improved specific power of wind power plant at a rated wind speed.4 dwg |
