<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method, apparatus and system for providing event information to a user terminal based on the location information of the user terminal and information on a location where an event occurs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing event information to a user terminal comprises the steps of: receiving event information including the coordinate information of an event from at least one of a preinstalled event collecting device or a plurality of user terminals; mapping the coordinate information of the event to a predetermined local code table to obtain an event area code corresponding to the coordinate information of the event; extracting one or more user terminal information corresponding to the event area code from a user terminal information table; and providing the event information to at least one user terminal corresponding to the extracted user terminal information.</p> |
