Disclosed are a frame for a display device to maintain the curvature of a curved display panel, and a display device having the same. A frame for a display device includes two long side frame parts and two short side frame parts and fixes a display panel. Each of the long side frame parts has a groove member having an edge part and a first combination hole which penetrates the groove member. Each of the short side frame parts includes a penetration member which corresponds to the groove member of the long side frame part and a second combination hole which penetrates the protrusion member, and is combined with the long side frame part to define a rectangular frame shape.
