The present invention relates to a hybrid variable swash plate compressor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the hybrid variable swash plate compressor capable of driving an engine and a motor to continue cooling when the idle stop. A one-way bearing is installed inside a rotor of a pulley and a motor; thus, not affecting the engine and the motor by an operation of the other side.
