<p>A system for detecting an unauthorized access point (AP) comprises: a storage unit which stores a white list including on authorized AP information; a reception unit which receives information on an SSID, MAC and IP addresses, and an authorization method included in a manual beacon frame from a mobile terminal; a comparison unit which compares the information on the SSID, MAC and IP addresses, and authorization method included in the received manual beacon frame with the AP information included in the white list; and determination unit which determines the information as information on an unauthorized AP if at least one of the SSID, MAC and IP addresses, and authorization method does not correspond to the same of the AP information, wherein the AP information is information on SSID, MAC and IP address, and an authorization method, and the mobile terminal receives the manual beacon frame on a random cycle from at least one AP located within a receivable distance from the mobile terminal.</p> |
