Disclosed is a coupled torsion beam axle-type suspension system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coupled torsion beam axle-type suspension system comprises: a torsion beam; and a left and a right trailing arm connected to both ends of the torsion beam, having chassis fastening units formed on the front ends thereof and used to mount the trailing arm on a chassis, having spring sheets, which are used to mount springs, and shock absorber pins inside the rear sides thereof, and having spindle brackets, which are used to mount carriers, outside the rear sides thereof, wherein each of the chassis fastening units includes: a trailing arm bush integrally formed on the front end of the trailing arm; a mount link arranged in front of the trailing arm bush, and fastened to the trailing arm bush in the width direction of a vehicle; a rotation mounting bush formed on the mounting link, corresponding to the front outside of the trailing arm bush, and fastened to one side of the lower side of the chassis in the height direction of the vehicle; an upper mounting bush formed on the mounting link, corresponding to the rear upper side of the rotation mounting bush, and fastened to be inserted into the other side of the rear side of the chassis in the width direction of the vehicle; an adapter fastened to the other side of the lower side of the chassis after the upper mounting bush is fastened to be fit into the adapter in the width direction of the vehicle; and a stay positioned on the lower side of the rotation mounting bush, fastened to one side of the lower side of the chassis along with the rotation mounting bush by a bush bolt, and coupled to the chassis by having an additional fastening part on the end thereof. The coupled torsion beam axle-type suspension system according to the present invention is capable of improving the assembling property thereof, and is capable of the body stiffness and the coupling stiffness of each of mounting parts for the upper mounting bush and the rotation mounting bush.
