<p>The present invention relates to a power adjusting controller for an injection mold. The power adjusting controller of the present invention detects the temperature of multiple heating zones formed in an injection mold and supplies power required according to detected temperature. The power adjusting controller comprises: a current detection part which measures current supplied to the multiple heating zones and figures out current supply supplied when the temperature of the injection mold is increased; a temperature detection part which detects the temperatures the temperature of each heating zone; a current calculation part which calculates optimal current supply to be supplied according to the temperature of each heating zone by analyzing and comparing the current supply and temperature of each heating zone detected through the temperature detection part and the current detection part; a current supply part which supplies a constant amount of current to each heating zone of the injection mold by corresponding to data calculated in the current calculation part; a display part which displays data calculated through the temperatures of heating zones, wattage supplied to a distributing board and the current calculation part and includes an interface part allowing preferred information to be outputted; and a control part which controls the whole elements forming the power adjusting controller and controls the operation of a circuit breaker of the distribution board.</p> |
