FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of ploughshare. Ploughshare is recovered by welding of compensation plate hardened to 50 HRC to replace worn-out plough blade. Said compensation plate is welded from both sides without grooving. Then, wear-proof alloy is built up on the plate rear surface over its entire length and width, some 10 mm from the weld, to get the hardness of 58-62 HRC. Wear-proof alloy is built up on plough heel over the entire plough width for 40-50 mm. Every roll of wear-proof overlaying welding is applied after cooling of previous roll.EFFECT: higher wear resistance, longer life, simplified process, repeated recovery.5 cl, 1 dwg |
