<p>The present invention relates to a marmalade dressing sauce manufactured by mixing 40-42 wt% of marmalade, 40-42 wt% of mayonnaise, 5-7 wt% of onion, 4-5 wt% of an orange extract, 0.03-0.05 wt% of xantan gum, 1-2 wt% of lemon extract, and 5-6 wt% of purified water for improving flavor and freshness of not only bakery bread, but also chicken, vegetables, and fruits.</p> |
