FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ash catchers. Proposed device case with inlet and outlet pipes and settling chamber with separation baffle. Inlet gas duct is equipped with water sprayer composed of a manifold with vortex nozzles. Screw pump, water collection tank, settling chamber overflow hole are connected with controlled shutter via drain pipe. Every nozzle comprises case with swirling chamber. Note here that said case is composed of feed pipe with holes, cylindrical case and nozzle. Centrifugal swirler is arranged in the case cylindrical chamber to make a circular cylindrical chamber. Said centrifugal swirler is connected with three chambers: conical, cylindrical and diffuser outlet chambers. Said tangential fluid inlets represent channels arranged tangentially to cylindrical insert inner surface. Moisture separator with tangential inlet comprises lower conical part with water drain pipe, upper cylindrical part, cleaned gas feed pipe and exhaust pipe with flow swirler. The latter is composed of at least single start screw spring axially symmetric with cyclone case and composed of perforated plates. Said spring is secured at cowl rigidly coupled with perforated disc secured at exhaust pipe bottom end.EFFECT: more efficient use of resources and improved cleaning of off-gases.4 dwg |
