<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for truncating a transmission opportunity are provided to reduce the generation of a hidden node in a processing of the truncation of the transmission opportunity in a wireless LAN system. CONSTITUTION: A contention free-end(CF-End) frame is transmitted to a central point(CP)(S410). The CP transmits the CF-End frame so that other terminals overhear the CF-End frame(S420). Third stations which overhear the CF-End frames resets network allocation vector(NAV) value. The NAV of the third stations is updated(S430).</p> |
