Along the back edge at least one output hole communicated with a high pressure surface of the back edge is located. On the high pressure surface of the working vane / deflector vane the back edge contains a ledge facing towards a low pressure surface. At least one output hole on the back edge is partially communicated with ambient air in the zone o the named ledge. The outlet hole on the back edge is designed so that the cooling agent is brought to it along the channel only partially opened in the radially located surface of the ledge front edge.
