摘要 FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device relates to machine building, in particular to robotics and manufacturing process of flexible rotors, shafts and high speed rotors of gas centrifuges, and can be used for the automation of the manufacturing process of the high speed rotor of gas centrifuge, in particular for operations requiring accurate rotor positioning in axial and azimuth directions. Device for accurate positioning on the rotor cylindrical surface contains rotor located on bedplate on two supports. One support is made without drive, and other support is with drive. At that the support with drive has two friction gear rollers, one roller is connected with motor shaft containing sensor of rotation angle of the motor shaft rotating the rotor to specified angle, and on the another roller the sensor of the rotor rotation angle is installed. The device contains electromagnet holding the rotor located between the friction gear rollers, sensor of initial angular position of the rotor used to determine the initial rotor position, module of linear movement of the actuators or sensors along the side surface of the rotor, monitor with sensor screen. Module of the linear movement of the actuator or sensors contains movable carriage, ball-screw gear, limit switches and carriage movement electric motor. At that the carriage positioning relatively to the rotor is performed by the industrial PC.EFFECT: increased accuracy of the positioning on the rotor cylindrical surface and increased productivity.8 cl, 3 dwg
