FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: meter of curvature comprises capacitance clearance sensors fixed on a controlled item and reservoirs connected to meters. Capacitor plates (5), which create capacitance clearance sensors, are installed on separate holders (3), fixed on the controlled item. The distance between points of fixation of holders (3) in axial direction is more than the clearance between capacitor plates (5). On each holder (3) there are several capacitor plates (5) with angular displacement relative to each other in the cross section of the holder (3). Capacitance meters are made in the form of charge amplifiers. Specific versions of device realisation are proposed. In the first specific version the holders (3) are made in the form of coaxial shells of different diameter, and on cylindrical surfaces of shells facing each other, there are pairs of cylindrical capacitor plates (5) fixed, forming a radial clearance. In the second specific version the holders (3) are made in the form of a pair of identical shells with flanges at the ends facing each other, and on the flanges there are pairs of flat capacitor plates (5), which form an axial gap.EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of a meter.3 cl, 4 dwg |
