<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for operating a magnetic memory device, which is capable of reducing energy consumption. A data writing method of a magnetic memory device is disclosed. The data writing method of a magnetic memory device includes applying a magnetic field to a selected memory cell by supplying first current and second current to right and left sides of the selected memory cell, respectively, wherein the directions of the first and second currents are semi-parallel with each other.</p> |
