The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing polydioxanone (POD) particles for a filler and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing POD particles, wherein a POD solution dissolved in perfluoro alcohol is mixed with a polymer emulsified solution containing a terpolymer of polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide at a predetermined ratio to generate POD particles, and then the POD particles are collected through aging and washing. The POD particles manufactured by the method of the present invention can be favorably used as an injection agent for regenerating the skin tissue.
