The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus subtilis strain and a mass production method of exopolysacchrides (EPS) using the same, wherein the novel Bacillus subtilis strain J-92 has the capability of mass-producing the EPS, which has an outstanding activity of promoting immunity. Therefore, the EPS manufactured by the method is used for manufacturing pharmaceutical or food compositions including the EPS.
