The present invention relates to a trim apparatus for lead frame capable of easily performing a trip process with less force by using the principle of a lever and to prevent a bad influence on a light emitting device package or a light emitting device. The apparatus includes a first bar which has a first cutting blade at a first point of action to cut one side of a lead frame strip, has a hinge shaft installed at the center of rotation of a first support point, and can form a first point of force; and a second bar which has a second cutting blade at a second point of action to cut the other side of a lead frame strip, has a hinge shaft installed at the center of rotation of a second support point, and can form a second point of force.
