<p>The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing material having high thermal-resistance for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a sound-absorbing material having high thermal-resistance for a vehicle reducing noise generated by an engine to obtain a circumstance of a quite indoor of a vehicle by installing a cylinder block cover and the like in an area nearest to a sound source of the engine. The sound-absorbing material having high thermal-resistance for a vehicle is composed of a base layer composed of an inorganic fiber and a thermosetting binder, and skin layers formed on the top surface and the underside of the base layer. The sound-absorbing material having high thermal-resistance for a vehicle of the structure uses fibers having excellent durability and fire-retardant features to form the base layer and skin layers, and binds the layers with the thermosetting binder having heat resistant temperature of 200°C or higher, thereby providing excellent shape stability and sound-absorbing performance at a temperature of 200°C or higher.</p> |
