FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping. Natural floral honey is mixed with at least one preliminary prepared component with a given biologically active property or properties, to obtain a mixture, which is fed to bees in the absence of the main honey flow. Prior to feeding the bees with the resulting mixture all the honey available in the hive is removed, and the amount of at least one added biologically active component in the mixture of honey is 5-15% greater than the amount which provides daily physiological consumption rate of at least one added biologically active component in the recommended consumption rate of honey for an adult - 50 g. Feeding the bees is carried out in the period when the weight gain of the control hive is 0.1-0.7 kg per day, and the bee colony reaches a mass of 3.0-4.0 kg at ambient temperature: at night not lower than -7-8°C, in the day - 12°C and above. For the period of obtaining selective honey the queen bee is placed in the insulator with capacitance of two nested frame.EFFECT: consumption of the obtained honey provides compensation of deficit of essential nutrients, increase in nonspecific resistance of the body to adverse environmental factors, binding and excretion of xenobiotics.4 cl, 1 tbl |
