The present invention relates to a cover with a moving character for a portable terminal, which can move character combined with the portable terminal and integrally formed with a cover by receiving a power from the portable terminal through a connector. The cover with moving character of the present invention is characterized by comprising a cover body covering the rear surface of a portable terminal; a character part installed on the cover body; a moving part combined with the character part and moved; a driving part providing a driving power to the driving part for the moving part to be moved; and a connector delivering the power to the driving part from the portable terminal.
