FIELD: tobacco industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of a tobacco product that includes tobacco material moulding so that to form a portioned piece, with the said tobacco material containing wet smokeless tobacco; the piece of tobacco material is brought in contact with coating gel solution for formation of a gel coating on the external surface of the tobacco material, such coating containing at least one polymer; perforations are made with the help of a needle or laser; alternatively, the gel coating solution contains an alkali with the gel coating contacting acid so that to form perforations; alternatively, formation of perforations, uncovered zones and holes results from movements of a sieve on or around the portioned tobacco material with further application of gel coating solution onto the tobacco material and the sieve removal from the portioned tobacco material; alternatively, perforations result from introduction of either or several of the following substances into the gel coating solution: yeast, low-boiling liquid, volatile liquid.EFFECT: ensuring regulation of release of juices, flavouring agents or other additives of the inner filler from the tobacco product.18 cl, 3 dwg |
