摘要 The present invention relates to a new type of power generation turbine, which can be used for all of power generation using high-pressure high-speed steam generated by burning coal or oil, power generation using fresh water or seawater stored in a dam or a floodgate or using a fall of valley water, and power generation using kinetic energy of a tidal current and wind, and to a power generation method using the same. The power generation turbine of the present invention, which can rotate while integrating blades and a cylinder, comprises: a guidance device; a cylinder; at least one stationary blade installed on the inner surface of the cylinder; a power transmission device including a power transmission gear and a shaft or a power generation device installed in a portion of the outer surface of the cylinder; a support device to support the weight of the cylinder and a fluid flowing through the cylinder; a vibration control device to control the vibration of the cylinder; a displacement control device to control the displacement of the cylinder; and a water leakage prevention device, thereby improving power generation efficiency by adjusting the number, height, and moving angle of the blades installed inside the cylinder according to whether the density, speed, and flow direction of the fluid are changed and realizing the same rotary power regardless of the periodic reversal of the flow direction of the fluid.
