<p>DisplayPort topology can be managed in the presence of sink devices that can stream audio/visual (AV) content to the source device, or can receive or transmit IO information from/to the source device. This IO information can include raw sensor data for a touch screen, for example. The framework could be used to support/map other published IO interface standards, over DisplayPort interface. A high bandwidth receive path can be configured in the topology independent of the transmit path to support inbound IO and AV functions.</p> |
