The present invention relates to an air duct and a cooling device for a vehicle, which improve cooling performance and aerodynamic performance. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the air duct includes front ducts formed in the front part in order to receive the outside air of the front of a vehicle; a rear duct formed in the rear in order to allow the air passing through the front ducts to pass through; and a duct exit which discharges the air passing through the rear duct. The front ducts on both sides are on both sides of an outside air intake vent receiving the outside air of the vehicle front into an engine room and are extended to be bent as a streamlined form in the vehicle front. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooling device for a vehicle includes the air duct; a first low temperature radiator which is arranged in one among two or more air ducts and discharges the heat of coolant into the air; a second low temperature radiator which is arranged in one among two or more air ducts and discharges the heat of the coolant into the air; a supercharger which generates compressed air and supplies the air to the engine; and an inter cooler which cools the compressed air generated in the supercharger, using the coolant passing through at least one of the first and second low temperature radiators.
