The present invention relates to a method for driving the engine and the motor-generator of a hybrid tractor, and a hybrid tractor engine system and the hybrid tractor using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for driving the engine and the motor-generator of a hybrid tractor capable of improving an efficiency of fuel consumption of a hybrid tractor. Provided is a method for driving the engine and the motor-generator of a hybrid tractor, comprising: (s100) a step of starting an internal combustion engine of the tractor; (s200) a step of setting a target speed (S_w); (s300) a step of setting the idle RPM of the engine; (s400) a step of setting a transmission gear ratio (n); (s500) a step of setting a reference engine RPM (R_s); (s600) a step of driving the hybrid tractor and working using the hybrid tractor; (s700) a step of determining whether the engine is overloaded or underloaded; (s800) a step of driving the motor of a motor-generator (400) in a section wherein the engine is overloaded; and (s900) a step of charging a battery (600).
