The present invention relates to a balancing controller for battery management system. The present invention has lower energy loss than a passive balancing control method due to distributing inter-cell energy within a battery and makes the balancing controller for battery management system be thin and light due to reducing the volume and weight of the transformer by using a half transformer. The present invention simplifies switching control for the entire cell within the battery and has high reliability of a device.
