The present invention relates to a tactical simulation training tool by linking the movement of a trainee with the movement of a virtual character. The tactical simulation training tool comprises: individual wearing equipment (100) including a movement recognizing unit (110), detection gloves (120), an image revealing unit (130), a simulation weapon (140), and a bulletproof vest (150); and a simulation system (200) including a video generator (210) and a training simulation server (220). According to the present invention, an virtual environment reflecting the state of the trainee a battlefield situation on a real time is created by linking data between a plurality of trainees to enable visual communication for the tactic action at a virtual battlefield, thereby the tactical training same as actual fighting at the virtual battlefield is possible.
