摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition for repair and protection of a concrete structure. More specifically, provided is a lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition for repair and protection of a concrete structure, which has excellent durability as a water repellent effect is excellent and absorption rate can be maintained at a low level; has greatly excellent repairability and constructability for a concrete structure by reducing the unit weight of mortar and enhancing initial and long-term adhesion performance; and is also environment-friendly by using no organic solvent. Specifically, according to the present invention, the lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition for repair and protection of a concrete structure comprises a component having water repellent properties in order to enhance durability by increasing a water repellent effect and lowering absorption rate, thereby allowing excellent initial and long-term durability to be maintained even without using a separate surface protecting agent. The lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition uses lightweight aggregates, thereby allowing repair work without controlling traffic even during construction for a bridge or the like to which an impact or a vibration is applied. The lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition has low shrinkage and can express strength in a short period of time by using an expanding agent comprising calcium sulfoaluminate and gypsum mixed in an optimal ratio. The lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition has effects of enhancing initial and long-term adhesion performance and crack resistance and securing more excellent long-term durability by comprising fiber and a PVA-based powder resin. The lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition comprises natural stone flour composed of a mixture of three kinds of stone flour, thereby having a dense texture as the adhesive strength and binding strength between components are enhanced. Accordingly, physical properties such as strength, durability, etc. can be more enhanced. The lightweight hybrid polymer mortar composition comprises 40-50 parts by weight of lightweight aggregates, 100-120 parts by weight of silica, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of fiber, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of an anti-shrinking agent, 3-7 parts by weight of silica fume, 3-7 parts by weight of a poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) powder resin, 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of an anti-foaming agent, 5-10 parts by weight of an expanding agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a power-type silicon water repellent agent, and 5-15 parts by weight of natural stone flour composed of a mixture of sericite, scoria and loess with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement.</p>
