摘要 <p>According to the present invention, provided is an inspecting apparatus which is configured to detect partial discharge and spark occurring during an insulation inspection. A constant current source (11) supplies a current to a plus side pattern (P1) which is one side of a wire pattern to be inspected. A current measuring unit (16) measures a current flowing through a minus side pattern (P2) which is the other side of the wire pattern to be inspected. An end time measuring unit (21) measures an end time required until the measured current (I) falls short of inspection end threshold value. A determination unit (22) determines that the spark or the partial discharge occurring when an isolation inspection end time exceeds a regular time. A control unit (10) determines that an insulation between the wire patterns (P1, P2) to be inspected is insufficient when a predetermined limit time is exceeded in a state in which the current measured by the current measuring unit (10) does not fall short of a predetermined second threshold value after the current is supplied to the plus side pattern (P1).</p>
