<p>PURPOSE: A multilayer lamella granule and a skin external composition containing the same are provided to stably maintain lamella structure which is similar to the skin keratin layer and ensure moisturization effect and barrier healing effect. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer lamella granule contains nucleant, lipid lamella layer containing ceramide on the nucleant, and polymer layer on the lipid lamella layer. The nucleant is sugar, salt, hyaluronic acid, alginic acid, chondroitin sulfate, chitosan, chitin, polylysine, collagen, gelatin, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or their mixture. The ceramide is a natural ceramide 1-8 or similar ceramide of chemical formulas 1-6. A similar keratin lipid lamella layer is contained in 0.000001-99 weight% based on total weight. The similar keratin lipid lamella layer additionally contains fatty acid, cholesterol or its derivative or their mixture. The fatty acid is saturated or unsaturated fatty acid of 8-30 carbon atoms.</p> |
