<p>The present specification provides a central control apparatus, a facility control system and a user interface for controlling facilities, which are capable of generating equipment drawings for a control region of interest included in the building and for equipment arranged in the control region of interest based on template drawings, and performing output of status information on the equipment and equipment control based on the equipment drawings. To achieve this, a central control apparatus according to an embodiment includes an input unit and a control unit. The input unit receives a user input. The control unit displays a template drawing illustrating a virtual control region on a screen, generates an equipment drawing by arranging graphic objects that indicate equipment to be controlled on the template drawing, and sets a specific control region corresponding to the generated equipment drawing, wherein the specific control region corresponding to the generated equipment drawing is set by matching the graphic objects with equipment arranged in the specific control region.</p> |
