The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly metal-free cleaning composition. The cleaning composition according to the present invention comprises: 6-25 wt% of hydrophilic surfactants including hydrocarbon amine and hydrocarbon alcohol of C_4-C_8 or ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to fatty acid or distilled water of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide additive reactants; (B) 23-80 wt% of biogenic solvents or alcohol as auxiliary surfactants; (C) 2-55 wt% of hydrocarbon oil of C_8-C_16; and (D) 0-12 wt% of distilled water. The environmentally friendly metal-free cleaning composition according to the present invention has excellent cleaning ability suitable for being applied to manufacture such as an electronics used in semiconductor, a display, a secondary battery and the like, exhibits excellent biodegradable properties, has excellent in vivo stability and environment friendliness since the cleaning composition is originally noncarcinogenic and nondestructive and is a metal-free residual flux cleansing composition of an electronic grade capable of properly selecting a hydrophobic base or a hydrophilic base according to the kind of pollution sources, thereby being useful for a cleaning composition replacing an existing halogen based cleaning composition and being able to be manufactured as a nano-emulsion composition of O/W type or W/O type or a water-free type residual flux cleansing composition. |
