<p>The present invention relates to a display panel cleaning apparatus and, more specifically, to a display panel cleaning apparatus allowing a user to easily replace a worn polishing pad with a new polishing pad by pulling out a cassette including multiple disk pads having a polishing pad in a sliding manner in order to replace the polishing pad worn during cleaning a surface of an 80 inch or more large glass substrate for a flat display to remove a foreign material. The display panel cleaning apparatus includes an angle adjustment device in a disk having a polishing pad to solve a problem that a worn part of a polishing cushion layer is not attached to a surface of glass substrate, wherein the surface of the polishing cushion layer of a polishing pad is unevenly worn as the polishing pad is used for a long time period. The display panel cleaning apparatus can allow even the worn polishing cushion layer to be attached to a surface of the glass substrate by making the polishing pad lean towards the more worn part of the polishing pad and can align the position of upper and lower cassettes by adjusting the position of the disk driver part supplying driving force to the upper and lower cassettes, thereby allowing the position of polishing pad to be aligned even if the flat glasses have various widths.</p> |
