<p>Disclosed are a packing box and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes the steps of: (a) preparing a body unit which is formed to be overlapped at least two or more times, a cut unit which is formed by consecutively cutting the very end of one end of the body unit to be the multiple numbers at certain intervals, an edge member having bonded units formed at both ends of the body unit so that the both ends of the body unit can be bonded, an internal bottom plate which is bonded to the inner surface of the cut unit, and an external bottom plate which is bonded to the outer surface of the cut unit; (b) folding the body unit in a width direction two or more times, bonding the bonded units to connect both ends of the edge member, and forming a hollow at the center of the edge member; (c) putting the internal bottom plate on the upper surface of a rack; (d) fitting the body unit into the external surface of the rack to be fixed and adhering the cut unit to the outer surface of the internal bottom plate; (e) coating an adhesive on the cut unit; (f) putting the external bottom plate on the outer surface of the cut unit; and (g) pressurizing the external bottom plate by a punch from the upper part of the external bottom plate to integrate the cut unit and the external bottom plate and closing the hollow, thereby improving workability and durability of a packing box, and remarkably reducing product costs.</p> |
