<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a food packaging film with enhanced glutathione stability. Through the present invention, glutathione is immobilized on chitosan and settled on a film. Therefore, glutathione stably protects glutathione from an oxidative environment when glutathione is manufactured as a food packaging film.</p> |
