<p>The present invention relates to an extraction method for obtaining DNA capable of being amplified in the small number of cells and a composition for obtaining the same DNA. According to the present invention, the extraction method includes the steps of: adding an ammonium sulfate solution into cells or tissue; culturing the cells or the tissue after adding protease into the cells or the tissue; mixing the cells or the tissues with a chelating material; and then centrifuging the mixture of the cells or the tissues mixed with the chelating material to extract the DNA. The protease is Proteinase K. The density of the ammonium sulfate solution is 8 mM or greater and less than 32 mM.</p> |
