The present invention relates to an automatic disinfectant provider operated without power supply capable of putting a fixed amount of disinfectant by allowing influent water to continuously run without a wobble and rotating a water turbine using only a small amount of the influent water of the whole influent water. The present invention comprises: a water tank (11) connected to an intake tank (1) and a water pipe (2); an anti-vortex means (20) which is built in the interior of the water tank (11) so as to allow the influent water (W) flows in by a water inflow means (12) to stably run without a wobble; a water turbine operating water supplying means (30) which is arranged in the interior of the anti-vortex means (20) and which allows a small amount of the influent water (W) of total inflow of the influent water to be supplied; the water turbine (40) which receives water turbine operating water (W′) from the water turbine operating water supplying means (30) so as to rotate; a water turbine rotation controlling means (50) controlling the rotation speed of the water turbine (40); a small water turbine gear (61); and an disinfectant closing force assigning means (60) which is arranged in a rotation axis (133) of an disinfectant inserting means (13) and which allows the water turbine gear (61) and a large driven gear (62) relatively larger in diameter to be interlocked and linked, thereby operating the disinfectant inserting means (13). |
