<p>Disclosed are a service providing device for transmitting a push/target message, a push/target message transmission system including the same, a control method thereof, and a recording medium for recording a computer program thereof. That is, according to the present invention, in transmitting a push/target message, after the push/target message is tested in a commercial system without a separate test system, when the test is normally ended, the corresponding push/target message is transmitted, a record of the number of test transmission is not stored, and only a record of the number of real transmission is stored, thereby reducing costs and improving operation efficiency without the necessity of the separate test system, improving the reliability of the test by using the content of a ledger during the test, and reducing civil complaints caused by fare settlement due to a mismatch by matching the number of transmission requests of a partner company server with the number of transmission of a service providing device as a server.</p> |
