<p>The present invention relates to a cover-glass bonding method, capable of forming an ultraviolet ray passing area in a central part of a black matrix pattern of a cover-glass or display panel, and controlling the spreading speed and shape of bonding resin by emitting ultraviolet rays for virtual stiffening through the area. According to the present invention, the cover-glass boding method, which is a method to bond a display panel with the cover-glass, includes a step 1) of forming an ultraviolet ray passing area, through which ultraviolet rays pass, in the central part of the black matrix pattern of the cover-glass or display panel; a step 2) of spraying bonding resin to an upper surface of the cover-glass or display panel; a step 3) of covering an upper part of the display panel, to which the bonding resin is sprayed, with the cover-glass, and then pressurizing the same part; and a step 4) of spreading the bonding resin while controlling the spread speed of the bonding resin by emitting the ultraviolet rays for virtual stiffening from the bottom of the display panel to the top through the ultraviolet ray passing area or step of spreading the bonding resin while controlling the spread speed of the bonding resin by emitting the ultraviolet rays for virtual stiffening from the top of the display panel to the bottom through the ultraviolet ray passing area.</p> |
