摘要 <p>An embodiment of the present invention provides a location detector which minimizes effects to the environment and a type of solutions stored in a treating reservoir to be able to detect an accurate position, and a robot to treat reservoir work having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the location detector includes: a lower frame installed in a workplace; an upper frame provided to be rotatable with respect to the lower frame; a winding unit provided to one side of the upper frame where a wire is wound; a guide unit provided to one side of the upper frame, and connected between the winding unit and an object rotating up and down by means of the wire to guide the movement of the wire; and a sensing unit provided to sense an unwound length and a rotational angle of the wire in accordance with the movement of the object.</p>
