Provided is an anti-slip coating agent. The anti-slip coating agent includes a polyolefin powder made of a polyolefin resin modified by peroxide. The anti-slip coating agent may include a main material and a hardening material at a weight ratio of 10:1-10:5. Based on the total weight of the main material, the main material includes 35-40 parts by weight of an epoxy resin or a urethane resin, 10-15 parts by weight of the polyolefin powder, 10-15 parts by weight of a pigment, 20-25 parts by weight of a filler, and 10-15 parts by weight of first solvents. Based on the total weight of the hardening material, the hardening material may include 60-76 parts by weight of polyamide, 5-10 parts by weight of a hardening promoter, and 15-20 parts by weight of second solvents. The anti-slip coating agent can have an excellent anti-slip preventing effect and a producing process is simple.
