The present invention relates to a two phase interleaved converter, comprising: two sub-circuits to connect respective inputs in parallel to convert a direct current input voltage to a direct current output voltage having different types of levels and to connect respective outputs in parallel; a voltage controller to receive output voltages of the two sub-circuits to send output signals proportional to the sizes thereof; a current controller to receive the output signals of the voltage controller and an inductor current of one of the two sub-circuits to send a control signal to control the sub-circuit responsible for one phase of the two sub-circuits; a balancing controller to receive values of currents outputted by the two sub-circuits and to adjust a duty ratio of the control signal applied to one of the two sub-circuits by calculating an error of the values of the currents outputted by the two sub-circuits; and a phase shifter to shift a phase of the control signal sent by the balancing controller, wherein one of the two sub-circuits directly receives the control signal sent by the balancing controller, and the other sub-circuit receives the control signal of which phase is shifted by the phase shifter, thereby effectively protecting a power device by solving a problem of current imbalance by each phase.
