<p>The present invention relates to an arm rest sliding locking device for an automobile which enables an arm rest to be opened in both before-sliding and after-sliding states, and improves user convenience by preventing the arm rest from unintentionally moving backward by gravity even when the arm rest rotates toward an open position while sliding.
