<p>Provided is a height-adjustable pipe sleeve capable of connecting upper and lower pipes at different heights from each other, which comprises: a body (10) consisting of a lower barrel (11), a central barrel (12), and an upper barrel (13), which are made of circular pipes; an adjustment means (20) including adjustment grooves (21, 22), mounting protrusions (23, 24), and protrusion parts (25, 26) in order for the lower barrel (11), the central barrel (12), and the upper barrel (13) to be consecutively inserted and installed therein to perform stepwise adjustment; and a fixating bar (31) fixating the central barrel (12), and the upper barrel (13) which are inserted and installed in the adjustment grooves (21, 22) of the adjustment means and the mounting protrusion (23, 24), and caught and adjusted by the protrusion parts (25, 26). The fixating bar (31) includes a fixating means (30) which selects and comprises either a method of forming each through hole (32) on both ends and a pin (33) inserted and fixated in the through hole (32) to prevent the loss of the lower barrel (11), the central barrel (12), and the upper barrel (13), or a method of being fixed onto an accommodation groove (27) contiguous with the mounting protrusions (23, 24) of the lower barrel (11) and the central barrel (12) by being inserted into the adjustment grooves (21, 22) by an elastic force of a spring (35). Accordingly, the height adjustable pipe sleeve is provided to be mounted on a building by having a height capable of being adjusted in accordance with various concrete placement thickness of the building, improve convenience in use by being easily adjusted, and strengthen fixating power.</p> |
